Substitution Policy
Occasionally, due to weather, seasonality, market conditions, and volatility due to Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, certain flowers or containers may become unavailable. In such cases, we will carefully substitute with items of equal or higher value, ensuring that the style, theme, and color scheme of your arrangement remain beautifully preserved.

Winter makes us appreciate warmth. Scarves, sweaters, and blankets make us feel warm and fuzzy in a way that just can’t be replicated in other seasons. Bring an extra layer of warmth into your life this winter with the Warm Winter arrangement. Note: this arrangement is not a substitute for a space heater.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
