Occasionally, due to weather, seasonality, market conditions, and volatility due to Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, certain flowers or containers may become unavailable. In such cases, we will carefully substitute with items of equal or higher value, ensuring that the style, theme, and color scheme of your arrangement remain beautifully preserved.

Designer Choice—Our florist designer will use seasonal pink flowers for a unique bouquet. Prices and availability of seasonal flowers may vary. We are always eager to discuss any product requests. Let us know if you have any color or flower preferences and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
