Occasionally, due to weather, seasonality, market conditions, and volatility due to Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, certain flowers or containers may become unavailable. In such cases, we will carefully substitute with items of equal or higher value, ensuring that the style, theme, and color scheme of your arrangement remain beautifully preserved.

This was my first time ordering from La Floriya, and I was impressed by the ease of ordering, the response to my special instructions and the resulting arrangement delivered on time to my friend. I particularly appreciated that la Floriya sent me a photo of the actual arrangement and that it very closely matched the version on the ordering site. So happy! I made a special request for a 2-tone orchid. Christine communicated with me via email which made me feel valued and included. She was able to source what I wanted, sent me a photo and delivered my beautiful gift to my special man in San Jose while I am on the other side of the world in Australia! I feel blessed that his birthday was made extra special for him and extra easy for me to organise.
