Due to seasonal flower market availability, vase availability, or high demand, some flowers or containers may vary — especially for same-day orders or orders placed within 3 days of delivery. If substitutions are needed, our designers will preserve the original color palette, style, and spirit of the arrangement using equal or higher-value blooms. When needed, we may add extra premium flowers to maintain fullness, beauty, and presentation.

This was my first time ordering from La Floriya, and I was impressed by the ease of ordering, the response to my special instructions and the resulting arrangement delivered on time to my friend. I particularly appreciated that la Floriya sent me a photo of the actual arrangement and that it very closely matched the version on the ordering site. There were no glitches, and the price was reasonable. I will most likely be ordering from La Floriya again.

So happy! I made a special request for a 2-tone orchid. Christine communicated with me via email which made me feel valued and included. She was able to source what I wanted, sent me a photo and delivered my beautiful gift to my special man in San Jose while I am on the other side of the world in Australia! I feel blessed that his birthday was made extra special for him and extra easy for me to organise.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
