Due to seasonal flower market availability, vase availability, or high demand, some flowers or containers may vary — especially for same-day orders or orders placed within 3 days of delivery. If substitutions are needed, our designers will preserve the original color palette, style, and spirit of the arrangement using equal or higher-value blooms. When needed, we may add extra premium flowers to maintain fullness, beauty, and presentation.
All purchases are final after order placement
Not at all somber are these abundant blooms of pink, yellow and lavender, gracefully arranged in a container that is equally suitable for a memorial service or one's home.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
