Occasionally, due to weather, seasonality, market conditions, and volatility due to Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, certain flowers or containers may become unavailable. In such cases, we will carefully substitute with items of equal or higher value, ensuring that the style, theme, and color scheme of your arrangement remain beautifully preserved.

I only saw the floral arrangement 4 days after delivery and despite being in an air conditioned room, with only minimal indirect sunlight, the flowers were already dying after 4 days.
