Substitution Policy
Occasionally, due to weather, seasonality, market conditions, and volatility due to Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, certain flowers or containers may become unavailable. In such cases, we will carefully substitute with items of equal or higher value, ensuring that the style, theme, and color scheme of your arrangement remain beautifully preserved.

Pink spray roses, purple alstroemeria, pink snapdragons and miniature carnations, dark pink Sweet William, monte cassino asters, statice and greens fill a pretty picnic-like basket.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

My sister and I ordered a bouquet for my mom on her birthday. Both of us live far away, but not only was the ordering process super easy and straightforward, but the delivery also went smoothly! Flowers were just as beautiful as pictured (both La Floriya and the person I sent them to sent me photos of the actual bouquet that was delivered), and delivery went well. I've ordered from La Floriya several times through Bloom Nation and they consistently do a great job!

The most incredible, most beautiful fresh flower arrangement was sent to the hospital to my daughter to welcome a new baby. It came with 2 very cute butterflies... just awesome! Thank you very much! We will definitely order from you again!
